Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@pocketgamesconsole.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return/Exchange Shipping:

Your online order will be delivered in a standard shipping box, which can be reused for your return. However, you must cover the cost of shipping goods back to Pocket Games Console. All postage charges on exchanges are non-refundable, and customers are required to cover these costs. Pocket Games Console is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transportation and return of goods.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Credit Notes:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status for your credit note. If approved, a credit note will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit note.
